We hope everybody had a great weekend!  This email is intended for our 2025 Competitive Team families:

A reminder that our suit fitting is this Saturday 4/26 from 10-12 at the Chattahoochee Run Clubhouse (located at 1590 Chattahoochee Run Drive Suwanee 30024.)  Drop in anytime between 10-12 to try on and purchase this year's suit!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 

Concessions Manager: Your duties would be purchasing the goods to sell at our 3 home meets (reimbursed of course), placing pizza orders and delegating duties to the other concession volunteers during the meets.  Our previous concessions manager, Rebekah Walters, can help get you started and make it a smooth transition.  You are still able to step out and watch your swimmer(s) during their events so you won't miss any of the action!

Announcer/DJ: We need a big personality or at least a big voice to announce at our home meets!  Using the speaker/mic provided, you will announce the start of the meet and ask for both bullpens to get swimmers lined up/ready, keep everyone updated as far as events and swimmers needing to make their way to the deck, volunteer shift changes and any other announcements relayed by league reps or meet official. 

Treasurer: Our former treasurer will not be returning this season and while your league reps are prepared to take on those duties, it would be great if we could delegate that to someone with accounting experience or otherwise comfortable managing a budget.  This is a behind the scenes position making sure we have enough funds for all of our allocated costs and providing our coaches with their weekly checks.

Party Planner: Lastly, we need someone to plan our end of season party.  You will coordinate with league reps and coaches for the awards and organize the food and entertainment.  Our previous party planner, Tonya Dennis, can provide vendor information and help make sure this year's party is a great one!

We cannot have a successful season without these positions.  Our swimmers are counting on parents and volunteers to make sure our meets run smoothly and make memories for a lifetime, so please reach out if you have any questions or are able to fill any of these openings.
